So our favorite pasta gets a new, exotic taste. Bacon acts as a weighting of the calorie content of the dish. but you can use brisket and carbonate, and even ordinary sausage.
We will need:
1 tsp. salt,
500 g. fusilli paste (corkscrew, curls)
300-400 g. bacon or ham
3 cups 5-10% cream
2 cups grated hard cheese with low fat content,
preferably spicy like cheddar 1/4 teaspoon
freshly ground black pepper
1 large or 2 small ripe fresh avocado.
washed, peeled and diced 1 large fresh tomato,finely chopped
1/2 cup finely chopped green onion, white and green parts

Preparation:
Bring to a boil a large (3-5 liters) saucepan with water. Add salt to the water. Pour in the pasta and cook according to the instructions on the package for 7-12 minutes. Drain the water when the pasta is ready. While the pasta is cooking, place a large frying pan over high heat and heat for a few minutes. Put the bacon in the pan and fry it until brown and crunchy for about 5 minutes. Remove the pan from the heat and, using a slotted spoon or spatula, transfer the bacon to paper towels. Cool the bacon, then finely dice. Pour the fat out of the pan, do not wash it, but return it to medium heat. Add the cream and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to medium and continue to simmer until the cream thickens slightly, about 3 minutes.

Add cheese and bacon. Mix well and cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the cheese melts and the mixture thickens, about 3 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Gently add the cheese, bacon and cream to the mixture and mix the diced avocados and tomatoes. Pour the cream sauce into the cooked pasta in a saucepan. Place the pan over medium heat and simmer for 1 minute to thicken the sauce and allow the pasta to absorb the flavors, stirring occasionally. Serve in separate bowls, sprinkle with chopped green onions on top.
